You are kindly invited to participate in the Management Studies International Conference – Algarve 2012. This conference, organized by the School of Management, Hospitality and Tourism of the University of the Algarve and the Tourism & Management Studies journal, will be held November 21-24, 2012 in the Algarve, Portugal.

Areas/topics of the conference: Human Resource Management; Strategic Management; Financial Management; Information Technology Management; Entrepreneurship; Accounting; Taxation; Marketing; Innovation; Business Ethics; Other topics on Management.

Publication: Selected papers will be published in the issue Nº 8-Vol. 

I of the Tourism & Management Studies journal, ISSN: 1646 – 2408, in both hard copy and online (listed/indexed in: EBSCO, SCIELO, LATINDEX, SCIRUS, OJS, CIRET, DIALNET, GOOGLE SCHOLAR). All papers will be subject to double blind referee + editor´s review + linguistic review. 

The editors of the journal will decide the papers to be published.

All other accepted papers and extended abstracts will be published, after double blind referee, as Conference Proceedings in a Special Online Issue of the Tourism & Management Studies journal and indexed in international scientific databases if they comply with the formal norms of the journal.
